Cardiac
emergencies occur all of a sudden and a victim would require immediate
treatment for survival which highlights the importance of a CPR class Cincinnati on the part of
every individual- both healthcare as well as non-healthcare providers.
Healthcare and emergency professionals that work in intensive care units, emergency
departments, anesthesia units, cardiac floors, surgery centers, surgical
dentistry, and any emergency response units in general should definitely make
sure to go for a CPR program in order to always stay prepared to face cardiac
emergencies successfully. Being in the profession that you are in, you are most
likely to face cardiac emergencies more number of times than any other
professional. During such situations you cannot afford to be in a fix and
knowledge in the resuscitation techniques can help you pave through the
situation successfully.
For training
always choose an accredited training center. If you are on the lookout for a

Cincinnati where certified instructors conduct the classes through a series of
audio and video lectures and hands-on practice. The courses for the healthcare
providers include:
Basic Life Support- This course is for about 3.5 to 4
hours. The course includes 1 and 2 rescuer CPR for Infants, Children and Adults;
Comprehensive Basic Life Support Training; Proper Chest Compressions, Rescue
Breaths, Bag Valve Mask Use; AED training; choking intervention and much more.

Providers, and is intended for nursing, medical, dental, physical and
occupational therapy, radiology, pharmacy, EMT’s, etc. students and employees
in healthcare fields.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support- American Heart Association ACLS
focuses on team dynamics including strong communication during resuscitation.
ACLS has specific treatment protocols, or algorithms, to treat specific
cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary emergencies. The focus will be on interpreting
ECG’s and understanding how and when to administer each type of emergency
related drug. During the ACLS class students will be able to work through
several scenarios to effectively learn how to use these algorithms to treat
patients and direct care. Because ACLS focuses on using a team approach, ACLS
students will have the opportunity to role play each position within the ACLS
treatment team. Once students have been taken step by step through the core
cases and training stations, they will have a chance to put it all together in
our newly created FUN and STRESS FREE Mega Code Station. CPR Cincinnati wants
each and every student to leave feeling confident and prepared to direct and
organize the care of patients in an emergency. The program fee is $297.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support- This program has also been designed
for advanced healthcare providers who want to learn the child and infant CPR
